Brett Fleming is an essential member of Americase, serving as a Marketing and Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, he leads the planning and execution of trade shows and manages inbound lead flow, serving as the first point of contact for prospective customers. Brett also supports the company’s marketing efforts through video production, CRM administration, and facilitating cross-department collaboration to ensure seamless customer and partner engagement.

Graduating from Rowan University with a Bachelor of Business Management, a Minor in Marketing, and a CUGS in Training and Development, Brett possesses a well-rounded skill set. During his college years, he honed his abilities in digital media coordination, social media management, grant writing, and website development while working for the Township of Mantua and the County of Gloucester.

Beyond his technical expertise, Brett is known for his exceptional teamwork and his aptitude for devising long-term strategies for success. Embracing the challenges of the “mission critical problem-solving” business at Americase, he consistently goes above and beyond in pursuit of excellence.
